With over 700 homes, our community HOA is managed by homeowners, and is assisted by KemperSports, which provides the corporate infrastructure to maintain the staffing for the golf course management, restaurant services and to address legal issues, as needed. They provide management advice based on their experience with over 130 facilities, nationwide.
KemperSports began full management of the Bodega Harbour HOA, clubhouse, dining and golf course experience in 2005. This premier coastal community is situated in Sonoma County, boasting over 700 homes featuring an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course that uses recycled water and has ocean views, member clubhouse, onsite security, fitness center, tennis, aquatics, and two dining outlets.
